"So...it's already one month in. As I said in this post, I started another full-time job since last month. I'm working from home currently and that saves me a few more hours I'd waste on the traffic otherwise, but I don't expect this to last more than a month or two from now. With the extra time I have, I'm using it to finish as many flavor visualizer as I can. There are 6 more to go. To be honest, I don't come up with ideas for some of them yet. On the other side, the ideas for new menus are piling up."

Current Flavor Arts

Here are the new flavor arts we have finished so far. We will submit them to the Art Portal once all 10 are done.

Upcoming Menus

We also have a change of plan related to the visualizer template: Migration (from After Effects / Blender hybrid to 100% Blender). We are only currently researching the possibility using the latest Majesty flavor visualizer, which was made in Blender. Our biggest concern for this matter is finding an intuitive approach for text masking. It is heavily used in the visualizer overlay, plus dynamic text content. Anyway, we are going to set this task aside until we finish both the current visualizer and Noisysundae HQ (website). The demo reel for commission work presentation is waiting in line as well.

I also had a work from home contract job for a bit, definitely led to more free time after hours which was immensely helpful for creativity. :P

Cool to see you and the team taking further steps towards 3D visualizers as the menu adds more items, and it's always nice to know that new sundaes are on the way.
Keep it up and stay safe!

"Yes, it does. Also, perhaps it's due to the culture of my place, but not having to act like a well-mannered busybody all the time, ironically, keeps my productivity at its peak on both the company job and this one.

For 3D stuff, I have actually been going at Blender for a few years now, and most of the shortcuts are already in my muscle memory. The whole staff thing is just me talking to myself, though."

That Majesty one is niiiice! :D Well they all are, but suppose in this bleak winter time that extra shine hits home a bit extra much.

Nice designs.

Seems like good things in the works too.

"Note taken. I'll tone down the bloom and update the art after the next menu. Thanks, Cyberdevil." — The Manager

Ah maybe I didn't phrase that so clearly, I meant I really liked that shine, felt perfect as it is. :) It shines bright especially in these dark times; that's a great thing! Feels like it stands out among the others to me for that reason.

"I interpreted "a bit extra much" as "a bit too much". Anyway, The bloom was toned down using a post-effect vignette. The overlay would've been swallowed by it otherwise. That aside, Velocity and Air flavors have a somewhat flat design, and I don't think the bloom effect goes well with them." — The Manager

That's true, really feels like the bloom works with that one in particular. all are great in their own regard really. If it's updated above too then: turned out great with the reduction too! All good things.

"Nah, all I did to this post was just replaced the images with my manually compressed JPGs." — The Manager

Ah. Still though: looking good. :)
